Job Description: Currently, Sutherland has openings in the International Voice process. They require at least 06 months of experience in an International Voice Process.

KEY HIGHLIGHT:

• Min. 06 months of Experience in an International Voice process is a must to apply for this job.

Sutherland is looking for competent and energetic Customer Service Representatives to complement our diverse, international BPO team of professionals. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to address the needs of each inbound customer inquiry, resolve issues, and provide quality service to clients of diverse cultural backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound customer calls coming from international clients.
2. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
3. Utilize software applications and tools to manage customer interactions.
4. Achieve customer satisfaction and quality targets.
5. Interaction with the internal teams for resolution of difficult customer problems.
6. Record Keeping of the interactions with the customers.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in English and verbal
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
5. Undergraduate and Graduate Eligible
6. Min. 06 months International Voice process experience required.
