Job Highlights
This role is meant for interested candidates who would like to work in customer support with a day shift. Openings are in Tech Mahindra, Secunderabad office, located at Ohri Towers, Sebastian Road.

Educational Qualification
Candidates applying for this position should have completed Intermediate or any graduation. However, even if you haven’t completed your UG degree, you can still apply, as graduation is not a strict requirement.
Work Experience
Though freshers are welcome to apply, they need it desperately, as those with experience in customer support or sales will have the edge over others. Relevant experience in handling customer queries and feedback shall prove beneficial in the selection process. The company prefers immediate joiners; hence, this can be an excellent opportunity for all those who wish to start working immediately.
Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer support across various channels. Some of the key tasks include:
- Handling customer calls and providing accurate information
- Explaining product features and services to customers
- Resolving customer queries and issues related to products or services
- Collecting feedback from customers and conducting surveys
- Managing both inquiry and service calls
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing problems promptly
Candidates with experience in sales will have an edge, but it is not mandatory. However, you should be willing to work from the office full-time, as this position does not offer remote work flexibility.
