Amazon seeks highly motivated Machine Learning Data associates for its Fulfillment by Amazon – FBA Support Operations located in Hyderabad.

FBA Support Operations is responsible for supporting Sellers on financial issues and ensuring those are solved under the rules. Preferred candidate profile.
Experience in a production environment with a proven record of meeting productivity and quality standards.
- Previous experience in a contact center environment.
- Problem-solving experience; uncovering non-obvious patterns is particularly valuable.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security.
- Rigorous attention to detail and ability to work independently in a dynamic and fluid work environment.
- Action-oriented and able to thrive in an ambiguous. Can flourish in and drive change through ambiguous environments.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Previous investigative experience related to fraud or risk.
- Preferred – previous payments and banking experience.
- Consistently demonstrated a positive, results-driven approach.
